胡杨主干与一级枝年轮宽度相关性分析

摘    要:采用典型相关分析方法分析了塔里木河中游英巴扎断面31棵不同离河距离、不同年龄段胡杨主干年轮与一级枝年轮之间的相关性。结果表明:胡杨的主干年轮与一级枝年轮之间高度相关,且同一年主干年轮与一级枝年轮之间相关性最好。采用协方差分析方法分析不同离河距离、不同年龄段对胡杨主干年轮与一级枝年轮相关性的影响,结果表明;不同离河距离不影响主干年轮与一级枝年轮之间的相关性;在幼龄阶段胡杨主干年轮与一级枝年轮之间呈负相关,中龄阶段二者相关性不高,成熟林阶段二者相关性最好。

Abstract:This article takes the Populus in the middle reaches of Tarim River as the research object,which is at different age section and different distance from Tarim River.The data of 31 Populus' trunk annual ring and first branch annual ring windth adopting the canonical correlation analysis were analyzed.The result indicated that there is good relevance between Populus's trunk annual ring and their first branch annual ring.Moreover,the relevance between first branch annual ring and trunk annual ring in the identical year is the best.By adopting the method of covariance analysis,the influence on the relevance of the populus trunk annual ring and its first brunch annual ring is analyzed in the different age stage and distance from the river.The result shows that different distance from the river does not affect their relevance,however,at different age section,the correlational dependence between the first branch annual ring and trunk annual ring is different.The young age stage shows the negative relevance.In the middle age stage does not exist good relevance.In the mature forest stage,the relevance is best of all.
