海南香蕉条斑病毒的检测

摘    要:香蕉条斑病毒(Banana streak virus,BSV)是香蕉上一种重要的病毒。本文运用血清学检测法和PCR检测法对海南主栽巴西蕉(Musa Cavendish,AAA)、粉蕉(Musa Pisang Awak,ABB)进行了BSV的调查检测。结果表明,参试无症状或症状各异的样品血清学检测结果均为阴性,说明这些被测品中可能不含有游离BSV粒子;上述样品中部分样品的PCR检测结果却为阳性,将PCR扩增的特异条带回收、测序和比对,显示确实扩增到BSV部分基因组序列。结合血清学检测结果,说明海南部分香蕉的基因组已经整合了BSV的基因组序列。

Abstract:Banana streak virus (BSV) is a widely distributed pathogen of banana worldwide. In this study, num-bers of Musa Cavendish (AAA) and Musa Pisang Awak (ABB) in Hainan Island were preliminarily surveyed for BSV infection by both serology method and PCR technique. The results showed that all the samples were negative in serology, which indicated that perhaps no episomal BSV existed in all of the samples. The specific band was amplified by PCR from some of the samples, which was then sequenced. The results demonstrated that BSV genome has been integrated into the genomes of the two banana species in Hainan.
