| 摘 要： | 目的]比较陆海杂交长绒棉与常规棉的叶绿素荧光差异。方法]以陆海种间杂交长绒棉新品种康地4036为供试品种,以长绒棉常规种新海21号和陆地棉常规种中棉49号为对照,用PAM-2100便携式叶绿素荧光分析仪测定棉花花铃期的叶绿素荧光参数。结果]在同等栽培管理条件下,康地4036叶片的初始荧光(Fo)较2个对照品种的变化幅度较小,非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)明显低于2个常规棉对照品种,PSⅡ原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)以及PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均高于2个对照品种。表明康地4036能很好的适应强光,对光能利用率和转换效率较高。结论]该研究为指导杂交棉新品种选育和栽培提供了理论依据。
