低温胁迫对2种丁香属植物抗寒生理指标的影响

摘    要:分别以暴马丁香(Syringa reticulata)和紫丁香(Syringa oblata Lindl.)的1年生、2年生、3年生离体枝条为试验材料,研究了人工骤降低温处理条件下,可溶性糖含量和过氧化氢酶活性2种生理生化指标的变化规律。初步分析了这2种生理指标与暴马丁香和紫丁香抗寒性的关系。结果表明:从可溶性糖含量单一指标来看,抗寒能力大小为:暴马丁香3年生枝>暴马丁香1年生枝>暴马丁香2年生枝;紫丁香3年生枝>紫丁香2年生枝>紫丁香1年生枝;暴马丁香1年生枝>紫丁香1年生枝;紫丁香2年生枝>暴马丁香2年生枝;紫丁香3年生枝>暴马丁香3年生枝。从CAT活性这一单一指标来看,抗寒能力大小为:紫丁香>暴马丁香;3年生枝>2年生枝>1年生枝。

Abstract:The one-year-old,two-year-old and three-year-old branches of Syringa reticulata and Syringa oblata Lindl.were used to study the changes in soluble sugar content and hydrogen peroxide enzyme CAT activity under the artificial freezing tests.The relationship between cold hardiness and these two physiological indicators was analyzed preliminarily.The results showed that: according to the single indicator of soluble sugar content,the level of the resistance to cold in S.reticulate was three-year-old branches>one-year-old branches>two-year-old branches;in S.oblata Lindl.three-year-old branches>two-year-old branches>one-year-old branches;one-year-old branches of S.reticulata>one-year-old branches of S.oblata Lindl.;two-year-old branches of S.oblata Lindl.>two-year-old branches of S.reticulata;three-year-old branches of S.oblata Lindl.>three-year-old branches of S.reticulate.According to the single indicator of CAT activity,the level of cold resistances was S.reticulate>S.oblata Lindl.;three-year-old branches>two-year-old branches>one-year-old branches.
