| 摘 要： | 运用粗集理论方法对采集到的大曲参数（各理化指标）和用其酿造的白酒质量与产量数据进行了分析,通过对数据进行等间隔离散化处理,得到大曲理化指标与白酒质量和产量的决策表,并用属性重要性方法对决策表进行属性约简,得到了大曲理化指标中影响白酒质量和产量的重要因素。

Key Factor Analysis on Physical and Chemical Indexes of Daqu Influencing the Quality and Output of Distillate Spirit Based on Rough Set Theory |

| Abstract: | The collected physical and chemical indexes(parameters) of Daqu and the data about quality and output of distillate spirit fermented with Daqu were analyzed using rough set theory.The decision-table of physical and chemical indexes of Daqu and quality and output of distillate spirit were obtained through uniformly-spaced discretization on data.And the decision-table was attribute reduction using attribute importance method for obtaining the important factors among physical and chemical indexes of Daqu,which influenced the quality and output of distillate spirit. |
