Thoughts and Prospect on Forestry Biological Energy Base Development in China

This paper presents an overview of the construction of energy forest base abroad, and gives the status of its construction in our country. Then this paper provides a forward-looking analysis of the construction in terms of the tree-seed resources, layout of the base distribution, the investment for development, the well-breeding level, the managing model and the corresponding policies. At last, some countermeasures and suggestions are given.
