| 摘 要： | 建立了免疫层析法快速定量检测植物油中的黄曲霉毒素B1,B2,G1,G2总量的分析方法。该方法的检出限为2.5μg/kg,相对标准偏差低于18.5%,回收率为83%～101%,具有简便快速、灵敏准确、重现性好等特点,可以用于对植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1,B2,G1,G2总量进行快速定量筛查检测。

| Abstract: | Rapid determination aflatoxin Bl,B2,G1,G2 in edible oil by immunochromatography is developed.The limit of determination is 2.5μg/kg,the relative standard deviations is below 18.5%.Recoveries of aflatoxin B1,B2,G1 and G2 spiked to samples are between 83%～101%. |
