农产品中罗丹明B的检测分析

摘    要:应用液相色谱质谱仪,建立农产品中罗丹明B的分析方法。样品经乙酸乙酯、环己烷混合溶液提取,液相色谱质谱仪测定,罗丹明质量浓度B在1~100 ng/mL内呈现良好的线性,在5,10 ng/mL水平上添加罗丹明B,考察每个水平上方法平均回收率分别为82.3%,94.1%,相对标准偏差CV分别为5.73%,3.49%(n=18)。方法的检出限为1 ng/g,定量限为5 ngg/g。

Abstract:The rhodamine B is detected by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry instrument.The sample is extracted by solid-liquid extraction with a mixture of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane and quantification is achieved by LC-MS/MS.In the end,the detection limits of the method for the rhodamine B is 1 ng/g,and the quantification limit is 5 ng/g. The average recovery are 82.3%,94.1%at the spiked of two level 5,10 ng/mL,and the relative standard deviation of the method are 5.73%,3.49%(n=18).
