摘    要:从新疆林果业生产实际出发,阐述构建新疆干鲜果品贮运保鲜技术标准体系的重要意义,分析现行的新疆干鲜果品贮运保鲜标准的现状及存在问题,探讨标准体系的构建目标及基本原则,提出标准体系构建的思路及步骤,初步构建了新疆干鲜果品贮运保鲜技术标准体系框架,以满足新疆干鲜果品贮运保鲜技术标准化工作的需要,推动新疆干鲜果品贮运保鲜产业向标准化迈进。

Preliminary Study on the Establishment of Standard System for Fresh and Dried Fruits Storage and Transportation Technology in Xinjiang
Abstract:The significance of standard system for fresh and dried fruits fruits storage and transportation technology was stated from the practice of forestry and fruit products in Xinjiang, the currents and problems of standards for fresh and dried fruits storage and transportation technology in Xinjiang were analysised, the goal and principle of standard system was discussed, and some thoughts and step were raised. The standard system for fresh and dried fruits storage and transportation technology in Xinjiang was established initially to meet the needs of standard work of fresh and dried fruits storage and transportation technology, and to promote the standardization of fresh and dried fruits storage and transportation industry in Xinjiang.
