| Abstract: | Graduation thesis is the electronic document which must be arranged by the students graduated from college.Aiming to the popular problems in paper writing process,this article introduced the arrangement skills such as automatic numbering of figure,table and formula,directory automatic generation,document words count etc.in order to improve the work efficiency of document layout typesetting. |
