摘    要:高校图书馆学术性和服务性的特点决定了人员层次的多样性和岗位要求的差异性。高校图书馆在确立图书馆人本原理思想下的人事管理改革必须从图书馆的内在机制入手,寻求激发图书馆建设的最佳途径与方式,使其在新的形势下发挥出应尽的职能与作用。正是处于这样一个背景,我们提出图书馆人才结构的组织与调遣,旨在鼓励人才超越现状、不断创新,使图书馆工作迈向一个新台阶。

Abstract:The academic and service character of university libraries determines the diversity of personnel layer and the difference of post demand.When determining human centered thought,the personnel administration reform of university libraries must start from the internal mechanism of the library,and seek for method to promote the optimal means and method of library construction so as to bring its function and role into full play under new situation.It is precisely in such a context that we have put forward the structure of library and personnel organization with an aim to encourage them to go beyond the current situation and continuous innovation so library work will march towards a new level.
