摘    要:将 HRP 注入颈部食管壁后,在延髓的两侧面神经后核出现大量密集的中、小型标记细胞,在疑核的全长可见散在的大型细胞,在迷走神经背核可见少量小型细胞,以核的前区腹外侧缘标记细胞较多。在闩以上的孤束内侧核和第一颈髓的中间外侧核(疑后核)也看到零星标记细胞。颈前神经节和星状神经节出现大量标记细胞,而以颈前节标记细胞较多,还多次发现小标记细胞紧偎着大标记细胞配对的现象。

Abstract:The origin of the efferent neurons of the cervical esophagus in pigs was examined using HRP retrograde transport technique.After HRP injection in the wall of the cervical esophagus.A large number of the medium and small-sized and labelled neurons were present in the retrofacial neucleus. The large-sized and scattered neurons were found throughout the nucleus ambiguousness.A small number of small-sized and labelled cells were also seen in the dorsal nucleus of vagus,especially in the ventro-lateral part of the rostral region of the nucleus.A few small-sized and labelled cells were found both in the medical solitary nucleus at the level above obex and in the intermedia lateral nucleus of C_1 segment of spinal cord (nucleus re- troambiguousness). The distribution of the sympathatic postganglionic neurons innervating the cervical esophagus was observed.A numder of labelled neurons were found in the cranial cervical and stellate ganglia.However,the number of labelled cells in the former was much more than those in the latter.At times,large and small-sized labelled neurons in couples appeared.
