摘    要:植物激素的浓度与配比影响着蚕豆离体嫁接系统中砧木与接穗间维管束桥的形成。植物激素浓度低时,没有维管束桥的分化,且易褐变坏死;浓度适宜(IAA:lmg/L,KT:02mg/L)时,砧木与接穗间的维管束可直接连通;浓度继续增高时,只有30%的嫁接组合有维管束桥的分化,呈分支状分布于茎的棱角处,而其余70%的嫁接组合砧穗间没有维管束桥的分化,从而使嫁接亲和力下降。

Abstract:The levels of the plant hormones (IAA and kinetin) affect the differentiation of the cells and the establishment of the vascular connections between the stock and scion in the graft union of the cultured, explanted internodes of Vicia faba.When the levels of the plant hormones are lower, the differentiation of callus at both sides of the graft interface is very little, and there is no differentiation of the vascular connections between the stock and scion, then the graft unions are easy to become browny. When the level of the plant hormones is suitable (IAA:1 0mg/L, kinetin:0 2mg/L),the vascular connections link the stock with the scion directly. When the level of the plant hormones continue to increase(IAA:1 4mg/L, kinetin:0 3mg/L),there are only 30% of the graft unions of which the vascular bridges between the stock and scion form only in the edges of stems and have branches. On the other hand, the graft interfaces between the stock and scion of other graft unions (70%) are filled with the callus, no differentiation of the vascular bridges occurs, and the callus on the ultimate ends of the stock and scion generally decreases.
