三倍体满天星试管繁殖技术研究

摘    要:用试管繁殖的方法研究三倍体满天星繁殖快、成本低、适于生产上应用的组织培养技术。试验结果表明:三倍体满天星在基本培养基MS和WPM上丛生芽诱导均可成功,但以MS较好。芽增殖、分化培养基以改良MS BA 2mg/L NAA 0.05mg/L IBA 0.05mg/L最好;丛生芽抽茎伸长以改良WPM BA 0.75mg/L NAA 0.5mg/L IBA 0.5mg/L为宜;愈伤组织诱导出芽以KT和BA同时配合使用效果最好。具有根原基的试管苗移栽,速度快、成活率高。

Abstract:In the tissue culture of Gypsophila paniculata, the clump buds was induced on the medias of either MS or WPM sucessfuly, and the effect of MS was better than that of WPM. The modified MS BA2.0mg/ L NAA 0.05mg/ L IBA 0.05mg/ L gave the best result for bud propagation and differentiation, and the modified WPM BA 0.75mg/ L NAA 0.50mg/ L IBA 0.50mg/ L was best for the growth of expanding brand buds. KT. together with BA in the media was the most suitable combination for buds diffirentiation from callus. The tube-shoots with root initiation was suitable for replanting, and the high survival rate was obtained.
