草莓花药愈伤组织的形成及形态发生

摘    要:草莓花药培养通过愈伤组织分化形成小植株。单核花粉发育途径有二:1.营养细胞发育途径(A型),只形成多核花粉,最终解体。2.花粉均等分裂途径(B型),花粉第一次分裂形成两个均等的细胞,继续分裂形成多细胞花粉,多细胞花粉撑破花粉壁后,发育形成愈伤组织。药隔细胞易脱分化,由其分裂形成的愈伤组织与花粉起源的愈伤组织从颜色、质地等方面不易区别。不定芽和不定根是独立发生的,芽属外起源,根属内起源。

Abstract:The strawberry plantlets could be induced from anther. The uninucleate pollen had two development pathways: 1. development pathway of vegtative cells ( A type): only multinucleate pollen could form and disintegrated at last. 2. pollen equal division pathway ( B type): At first pollen divided into two equal daughter cells and then the multicellular pollen was formed. The multicellular pollen broke through pollen wall and developed callus. Connective cells dedifferentiated easily. These cells could form callus. There isn't difference between pollen callus and connective callus in colour and density. The callus induced from anther was possible to mix ploidy of chromosome. The adventitious buds and roots originated independently. The buds were exogenous, but roots were endogenous.
