| 摘 要： | 通过茶树无性系品种福建水仙的细胞学观察,从花粉母细胞减数分裂过程染色体行为和核相变化特征,分析其只花不实的内在原因。并对有关分裂相的染色体计数,证实本品种是自然三倍体,2n=3X=45。

| Abstract: | The cytological observation of tea clonal cultivar Fujian Shuihsien revealed their infertile mechanism and the characteristics were analyzed. Through the chromosome behaviour of pollen mother cells and the variance character of karyotype in the meioses process, we were able to disclose the endogenous factors existed. Moreover, proceeding the calculation of the chromosome numbers of related karyotype, it is ascertained that this cultivar is a natural triploid with 2n=3X=45. |
