| 摘 要： | 分析了目前住区环境和建设中存在的问题。探讨了现代理想人居环境应具有的特征,即:应该具有安全感,强烈的归属感,整体的可感知性,和谐的邻里关系,清晰的可识别性,融入生活的景观,尊重当地的风土,彰显健康的生命,良好的生态效益,充足的活动场所,体贴入微的人性关怀,优良的文化品质,科学的管理方式等特征。

| Abstract: | The dreamful residential environment in modern city should have the safeguard,the intense sense of belonging,sensation in total,harmonious neighborhood relation,clear identifiability,landscape merging into the life,respecting the local conditions and customs,externalization the healthy life,well ecological efficiency,enough activity spaces,looking after great solicitude,excellent cultural characteristics,scientific management way and other characteristics. |
