| Abstract: | The HPLC has been widely used in isolation and identification of natural organic compounds, and in pesticide residue analysis as well. However, befor HPLC analysis the samples must be treated through the preliminary purification procedures which are very tedious and complicated, and, therefore, restrict the efficiency of HPLC analysis. The anther proposed the interception and reverse wash techniques which can solve the problem, fairly well. |
