| 摘 要： | 从辽宁省不同地理分布区采集土样并诱集根瘤;采用组织分离法分离获得16株根瘤菌.测定其对酸、碱、盐、氨、温度的耐受性和对大豆根部病原微生物的抑制作用.结果表明:分离得到的16株根瘤菌的抗逆性及拮抗活性在不同菌株之间表现出明显差异.其中,菌株Sflb119、Snb126、Snb183对酸、碱、盐、氨、高温、低温,有较强的耐受性,菌株Snb183、Snb204、Snb389、Snb394可有效抑制腐霉菌,菌株Snb183,Snb241对大豆胞囊线虫二龄幼虫具有抑制作用.
