干旱胁迫条件下冬小麦干物质分配动态的模型研究

摘    要:目的]研究不同干旱胁迫条件下冬小麦干物质分配的动态模型。方法]以冬小麦品种鲁麦21号为材料,采用盆栽和防雨池栽2种方式研究其在不同干旱胁迫条件下干物质分配的动态变化。结果]干旱对鲁麦21号各器官的干物质分配有不同程度的影响,各处理小麦成熟期的干物质积累表现为:穗>茎秆>叶片。鲁麦21号穗部、叶片、茎秆干重与单株干重的关系依次为:Y=1.87+2.22X、Y=1.939+5.250X、Y=-2.202+3.267X。小麦产量与耗水量的关系符合方程Y=43.76+702.35X;小麦产量与水分利用率的关系为:Y=8.92+8.73X。结论]对华北地区而言,冬小麦拔节期的灌溉效果好于孕穗期。

Study on Dynamic Model of Dry Matter Distribution of Winter Wheat under Drought Stress Conditions
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the dynamic model of dry matter distribution of winter wheat under different drought stress conditions.Method] With winter wheat variety Lumai 21 as material,2 kinds of cultural methods such as pot and rain-proof shelter cultivation were taken to study their dynamic change of dry matter distribution under different drought stress conditions.Result] Drought had effects on the dry matter distribution of different organs in Lumai 21 to different extent.The dry matter accumulation of treatments at maturity stage of wheat changed as spike > stem > leaf.The relationship between the dry weight of spike,leaf and stem of Lumai 21 and dry weight per plant was that Y=1.87+2.22X,Y=1.939+5.250X,Y=-2.202+3.267X resp.The relationship of wheat yield and water consumption fitted the formula of Y=43.76+702.35X.The relationship of wheat yield and water use efficiency was that Y=8.92+8.73X.Conclusion] In the region of north china,the irrigation effect of winter wheat in jointing stage was better than that in the booting stage.
