摘    要:利用对峙培养和酯酶同工酶电泳方法,对2个不同山林以及不同枯木上生长的32个香菇菌株进行分析,结果表明,同一枯木上生长的香菇菌株之间出现颉颃。在相似系数0.177水平上,两个不同山体的香菇菌株分别聚为不同类群。同一枯木上生长的香菇菌株并没有都聚为一个类群,同一枯木上生长的香菇菌株在遗传上存在较大差异,相似系数在0.143~0.875。同一枯木上生长的香菇,可能不是来自同一子实体的后代。

Abstract:With confrontation culture and esterase isozyme electrophoresis,32 Lentinula edodes strains of two different mountains and different dead woods were studied for their genetic relations.The results showed that there existed antagonism between the different strains sampled from the same dead wood.At the similarity coefficient 0.177,the strains of two mountains were clustered into different groups respectively.The strains from the same dead wood did not cluster into the same group,and even expressed similarity coefficient from 0.143 to 0.875 and thus there were far genetic distance between these strains,and also indicated that the Lentinula edodes strains from the same dead wood possible was not likely to the progeny of the same fruit body.
