摘    要:
针对汽车空调焓差实验室温度场均匀性的问题,寻找可行的方法改善实验室温度场均匀性。本文基于某公司建造的汽车空调焓差实验室,建立简化的三维模型,结合Fluent软件进行数值模拟计算,将优化前后的温度场进行对比。结果发现,优化后实验室温度场均匀性相对于优化前具有明显提高。从而得出:增加绕流件可以改善汽车空调焓差实验室温度场均匀性。

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of uniformity of temperature field in automotive air conditioning enthalpy laboratory,we found a feasible method to improve the uniformity of laboratory temperature field.This article,based on a car air conditioning enthalpy laboratory built by a company,creates a simplified 3D model,carries out numerical simulation calculation with Fluent software,and compares the temperature fields before and after optimization.It is found that the uniformity of the temperature field of the laboratory after optimization is significantly improved compared with that before optimization.It is concluded that the increase of the flow element can improve the uniformity of the temperature field of the automotive air conditioning enthalpy laboratory.
