Abstract:This paper reviews the fresh-keeping techniques of loquat includes physical storage methods and the chemical storage methods,points out the deficiency of physical and chemical storage methods,describes the method of natural polysaccharides to loquat to preservation,and discusses the prospect of study of loquat storage.
