| 摘 要： | 本分析了西部大开发的实施为西部地区农业高校提供难得的发展机遇。提出西部农业高校必须主动适应中大开发的战略需要，明确办学思想，调整学科专业结构：加大教学改革力度，培养创新性人才，重视继续教育；加科研成果转化和高新技术产业化。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author,based on the elaboration of the rare opportunities created by the Western exploitation,Points out that the agricultural institutions of higher learning in the western area should take action to actively adapt to the strategic needs of the western development campaign:having a clear guiding principle for running the university,adgusting the specialty structure,intensifying the teaching reform,cultionrating the personnel of great creativity,attaching importance adult education ,promoting the application of research results and the industrialization of high technologies. |
