复合型苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒制剂

摘    要:复合型苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒制剂主要由苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒和斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒两株病毒毒株和苏云金杆菌按一定比例复合而成,经单一型,复合型病毒制剂毒力测定比较,获得增效比值为5.1-9.5的最佳配比,并以甜菜夜蛾为宿扩大增殖形成雏型产品。

Abstract:AcNPV (Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus), P1NPV (Prodenia litura nucleopolyhedrovirus) and Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis) preparation were mixed together in certain proportion, to make a NPV compound used for biocontrol. The results of virulence test showed that the synergism of this mixture were 5. 1 and 9. 5 times as many as those of AcNPV and P1NPV along to Autographa califounica and Prodenia litura correspondingly. This NPV compound was propagated in the larvae of beet army-worm Spodoptera exigua (Hiibner) as its host and formed the primary products SBN-3. The results of this NPV compound in field tests showed that the mortalities of 5. exigua, P. litura and Hellula undalis Fabricius were more than 90% ?and those of Plutel-la xylostella L. and Artogeia rapae (L. ) attained to 80% -85%.
