摘    要:栗蘑因营养价值高而销售价格好,但由于采后保鲜技术有限,其品质和销量均受到了严重影响。通过调查比较北京市栗蘑主产区生产销售渠道及产地商品化技术的应用现状,从销售渠道、采收时间、采收成熟度、分级指标、预冷保鲜设施设备、包装等方面分析了制约当前栗蘑产业发展的问题,有助于开展针对性的技术研究,实现技术服务产业,从而促进规模扩大,增强竞争力,促进产业发展。

Abstract:Abstract: The price of chestnut mushroom is good because of its high nutritional value, but its quality and sales volume are seriously affected by the limited postharvest preservation technology. Based on the investigation and comparison of the application status of the production and sales channels and the commercialization technology of the producing areas in the main producing areas of chestnut mushroom in Beijing, the problems restricting the development of chestnut mushroom industry from the aspects of sales channels, harvesting time, harvesting maturity, grading index, precooling and fresh-keeping facilities and equipments, packaging were analyzed, which were helpful for the targeted technical research, the realization of technical service industry, the promotion of scale expanding, enhancing competitiveness and promoting industrial development.
