辣椒子叶离体培养再生植株

摘    要:随着收集到的8个商品辣椒品种的子叶外植体在PD培养基上形成芽丛,转移到PE培养基上伸长为具2-3个节的茎芽,茎芽在PR培养基上生根,得到了再生植株。芽分化率达100%,移栽成活率100%。多植体切除芽后回到PD培养基上的反复操作可重复诱导芽的分化,提高繁殖系数。

Abstract:An efficient program for plant regeneration from cotyledon explants of Capsicum annuum has been developed.Using this program, plant regeneration rate with eight peppercultivars including sweet and chilli type reached 100%.This program can be used in rapid propagation of pepper hybrid as well as genetic transformation via cocultivating of leaf discs with agrobacterium. In the program the organic nutrient components have been improved and the regeneration rate, therefore, has been remarkably raised.The program is:i. shoot buds formation from pepper cotyledon explants on PD medium (20 .days).2. shoot buds elongation to shoot buds with at least two nodes (10 days).3. root formation on PR medium(20 days).4.transplanting plantlets to vormiculite pots and watering with Horland scution. 5.transplanting plants on nutrient soil and culturing in green house.
