饲粮泛酸添加水平对冬毛生长期水貂生产性能、血清生化指标及毛囊发育的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮泛酸添加水平对冬毛生长期水貂生产性能、血清生化指标及毛囊发育的影响。采用单因子试验设计,选用(140±5)日龄、平均体重(1.94±0.19)kg的健康雄性短毛黑水貂60只,随机分成6组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。基础饲粮中泛酸含量为8.91 mg/kg,各组饲粮泛酸添加水平分别为0(Ⅰ组,对照组)、10(Ⅱ组)、20(Ⅲ组)、30(Ⅳ组)、40(Ⅴ组)、80 mg/kg(Ⅵ组)。预试期5 d,正试期65 d。结果表明:1)Ⅵ组水貂鲜皮重显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。2)随着饲粮泛酸添加水平的增加,Ⅰ~Ⅴ组血清泛酸含量逐渐增加,但差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅵ组血清泛酸含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);各组之间肝脏泛酸含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)Ⅲ组血清球蛋白(GLOB)含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组血清胆固醇(CHO)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量极显著低于Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅱ组冬毛生长前期血清褪黑激素含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01),Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组极显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ组冬毛生长后期血清褪黑激素含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。5)Ⅵ组毛囊深度显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05),极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01);各组毛囊密度和次级毛囊密度/初级毛囊密度无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮泛酸添加水平为20 mg/kg时(饲粮中总泛酸含量为28.91 mg/kg),水貂皮长增加2.37%,同时增加了血清GLOB含量,降低了血清CHO和HDL-C含量;饲粮泛酸添加水平为80 mg/kg时(饲粮中总泛酸含量为88.91 mg/kg),降低了水貂冬毛生长前期血清褪黑激素含量,增加了毛囊深度,增加了水貂鲜皮重。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level on performance,serum biochemical indices and hair follicle development of minks during winter fur-growing period.A single factor test design was adopted,sixty healthy male short haired black minks at(140±5)days of age with similar body weight of(1.94±0.19)kg were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 mink per replicate.The content of pantothenic acid in the basal diet was 8.91 mg/kg,and dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level of each group were 0(groupⅠ,control group),10(groupⅡ),20(groupⅢ),30(groupⅣ),40(groupⅤ)and 80 mg/kg(groupⅥ),respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 5 days,and the experimental period lasted for 65 days.The results showed as follows:1)the fresh pelt weight of minks of groupⅥwas significantly higher than groupsⅠtoⅣ(P<0.05).2)With the dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level increased,the serum pantothenic acid content of groupsⅠtoⅤwas increased,but had no significant difference(P>0.05),and the serum pantothenic acid content of groupⅥwas significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference on the liver pantothenic acid content among all groups(P>0.05).3)The serum globulin content of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅤ(P<0.05),the contents of cholesterol(CHO)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in serum of groupⅢwere significantly lower than those of groupsⅤandⅥ(P<0.05).4)The serum melatonin content in early stage of winter fur-growing period of groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05),groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅡ(P<0.01),and groupsⅣ,ⅤandⅥwas significantly lower than that of groupⅢ(P<0.01).The serum melatonin content in later stage of winter fur-growing period of groupⅢwas significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).5)The hair follicle depth of groupⅥwas significantly higher than that of groupⅣ(P<0.05),and significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.01),there were no significant differences on the hair follicle density and secondary hair follicle density/primary hair follicle density among all groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,when dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level is 20 mg/kg(dietary total pantothenic acid content is 28.91 mg/kg),the pelt length of minks increases by 2.37%,the serum GLOB content is increased,and the contents of CHO and HDL-C in serum are reduced;when dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level is 80 mg/kg(dietary total pantothenic acid content is 88.91 mg/kg),the serum melatonin content of minks in early stage of winter fur-growing period is reduced,and the fresh pelt weight is increased.
