| 摘 要： | 胶体金免疫层析技术(GICA)是将胶体金作为示踪物应用于硝酸纤维素膜上,在特定位置发生抗原抗体特异性反应信号的一种快速检测技术,以简便快速、成本低廉、安全无毒、特异性强等优点广泛应用于兽医临床检测。论文首先总结了GICA在动物疾病诊断和动物源性食品安全检验中的应用,然后综述了GICA新型标记材料和新技术的结合与应用,最后展望了GICA在兽医临床应用的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay(GICA)is a new rapid detection technology using colloidal gold as tracers for the visualization of the antigen-antibody reaction at the specific area of nitrocellulose(NC)filter membrane.Due to its characteristics of simple,rapid,low cost,safe and specific,GICA has been widely used in veterinary clinical testing.In this paper,the application of GICA in animal disease diagnosis and animal food safety test were firstly summarized.Then,the combination of GICA with new materials and new detection technology was reviewed.Finally,the future trend for GICA development in veterinary clinical applications was suggested. |
