饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌对保育猪生长性能和血浆生化参数的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌对保育猪生长性能和血浆生化参数的影响。选用21日龄断奶的去势“长×大”二元杂交公猪64头,随机分为2组,每组8个重复,每个重复4头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,枯草芽孢杆菌组在基础饲粮中添加500 g/t枯草芽孢杆菌DSM32315制剂。断奶后喂给同一教槽料适应7 d,预试期3 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验第1~14天枯草芽孢杆菌组平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),试验第1~14天、第15~28天和第1~42天枯草芽孢杆菌组腹泻率均极显著降低(P<0.01);试验第14天枯草芽孢杆菌组血浆总蛋白(TP)含量和肝脂酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),而乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、尿素氮和氨含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验第28天枯草芽孢杆菌组血浆TP含量极显著增加(P<0.01),葡萄糖(GLU)和甘油三酯(TG)含量以及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和α-淀粉酶(α?AMY)活性显著增加(P<0.05),而LDH活性极显著降低(P<0.01);试验第42天枯草芽孢杆菌组血浆TP、白蛋白(ALB)、GLU、TG和高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL?C)含量显著增加(P<0.05),而LDH活性显著降低(P<0.05)。由上可见,饲粮添加500 g/t枯草芽孢杆菌DSM32315制剂可改善保育猪的机体氮利用和糖脂代谢相关的血浆生化参数,降低腹泻率,进而提高生长性能。

Abstract:This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Bacillus subtilis on growth performance and plasma biochemical parameters of nursery piglets.A total of 64 Large White×Landrace piglets(castrated male)weaned at 21 days of age were randomly allocated to two groups with eight replicates per group and four piglets per replicate.The piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the Bacillus subtilis group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 g/t Bacillus subtilis DSM32315.The piglets were fed a same creep feed for 7 days after weaning,and the preliminary experiment period lasted for 3 days.The experiment period lasted for 42 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,average daily gain in Bacillus subtilis group significantly increased(P<0.05),while feed/gain significantly decreased on days 1 to 14 of the experiment(P<0.05),as well as the diarrhea rate on days 1 to 14,days 15 to 28,and days 1 to 42 of experi?ment(P<0.01).On day 14 of experiment,the plasma total protein(TP)content and hepatic lipase(LIPC)activity in Bacillus subtilis group significantly increased(P<0.05),while lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)activi?ty,urea nitrogen(UN)and ammonia(NH3)contents significantly decreased(P<0.05);on day 28 of experi?ment,the plasma TP content significantly increased in Bacillus subtilis group(P<0.01),and the plasma glu?cose(GLU)and triglyceride(TG)contents,alanine transaminase(ALT)andα?amylase(α?AMY)activity significantly increased(P<0.05),while LDH activity significantly decreased(P<0.05);on day 42 of experi?ment,the plasma TP,albumin(ALB),GLU,TG,and high density liptein?cholesterol(HDL?C)contents significantly increased in Bacillus subtilis group(P<0.05),while LDH activity significantly decreased(P<0.05).These findings suggest that dietary supplementation with 500 g/t Bacillus subtilis DSM32315 can alter the plasma biochemical parameters related to the metabolism of nitrogen,glucose and lipid,reduce the diarrhea rate,and promote the growth in nursery piglets.
