四君子汤和补中益气汤对雏鸡抗氧化功能的影响

摘    要:为阐明四君子汤和补中益气汤对雏鸡抗氧化功能的影响,选取健康1日龄雏鸡150只,均饲喂全价饲料,7 d后,随机分为3组,每组50只。对照组雏鸡每天给予纯化水0.4 mL/kg,四君子汤组雏鸡每天给予四君子汤0.4 mL/kg,补中益气汤组雏鸡每天给予补中益气汤0.4 mL/kg,连续灌服给药3 d。在给药结束后的第7、14、21、28天,雏鸡翅静脉采血并分离血清,测定雏鸡血清中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果显示,雏鸡应用四君子汤或补中益气汤后,血清中NO、MDA、XOD的含量均显著降低(P<0.05),GSH-Px含量和T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05),表明四君子汤和补中益气汤可以显著提高雏鸡的抗氧化功能。

Abstract:In order to clarify the effects of Sijunzi Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the antioxidant function of chickens,150 healthy one-day-old chickens were selected and fed with full-price feed,7 days later,which were randomly divided into 3 groups with 50 chickens in each group.The chickens in the control group were given pure water 0.4 mL/kg every day,the chickens in the Sijunzi Decoction group were given 0.4 mL/kg of Sijunzi Decoction,and the chickens in the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group were given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction 0.4 mL/kg,and were continuously administered for 3 days.On the 7th,14th,21st,and 28th day after the start of the experiment,blood was collected and serum was separated,and the contents of the nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA),xanthine oxidase(XOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)contents and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the serum of chickens were determined.The results showed that the contents of NO,MDA and XOD in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of GSH-Px and T-AOC were significantly increased after the application of Sijunzi Decoction or Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(P<0.05),indicating that Sijunzi Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction could significantly improve the antioxidant function of chickens.
