四君子汤和补中益气汤对雏鸡抗氧化功能的影响

为阐明四君子汤和补中益气汤对雏鸡抗氧化功能的影响,选取健康1日龄雏鸡150只,均饲喂全价饲料,7 d后,随机分为3组,每组50只。对照组雏鸡每天给予纯化水0.4 mL/kg,四君子汤组雏鸡每天给予四君子汤0.4 mL/kg,补中益气汤组雏鸡每天给予补中益气汤0.4 mL/kg,连续灌服给药3 d。在给药结束后的第7、14、21、28天,雏鸡翅静脉采血并分离血清,测定雏鸡血清中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果显示,雏鸡应用四君子汤或补中益气汤后,血清中NO、MDA、XOD的含量均显著降低(P<0.05),GSH-Px含量和T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05),表明四君子汤和补中益气汤可以显著提高雏鸡的抗氧化功能。

Effect of Sijunzi Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Antioxidant Function of Chickens

In order to clarify the effects of Sijunzi Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the antioxidant function of chickens,150 healthy one-day-old chickens were selected and fed with full-price feed,7 days later,which were randomly divided into 3 groups with 50 chickens in each group.The chickens in the control group were given pure water 0.4 mL/kg every day,the chickens in the Sijunzi Decoction group were given 0.4 mL/kg of Sijunzi Decoction,and the chickens in the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group were given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction 0.4 mL/kg,and were continuously administered for 3 days.On the 7th,14th,21st,and 28th day after the start of the experiment,blood was collected and serum was separated,and the contents of the nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA),xanthine oxidase(XOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)contents and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the serum of chickens were determined.The results showed that the contents of NO,MDA and XOD in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of GSH-Px and T-AOC were significantly increased after the application of Sijunzi Decoction or Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(P<0.05),indicating that Sijunzi Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction could significantly improve the antioxidant function of chickens.
