摘    要:油脂作为机体三大主要营养素之一,除了为机体供给和储存能量外,也参与机体代谢调节。饮食油脂及其代谢物与肠道微生物群的关系对宿主的生理和代谢具有重要意义。脂肪酸的组成和含量会影响肠道内微生物的平衡,肠道微生物也会影响后肠短链脂肪酸的含量,从而影响机体能量供应和健康状态。本文综述了机体中肠道微生物与脂肪酸的相互作用及其机制,以期为饮食中脂肪酸种类的选择以及配比提供理论依据。

Abstract:Lipids are the one of the three main-nutrients,which supply and storage energy for the body,and involved in regulation the body metabolism.The relationship between dietary lipids and their metabolite with the gut microbiota has great significance in the host physiological and metabolism.The component and content of fatty acids will affect the balance of intestinal microbiota,and the gut microbiota will also affect the content of short-chain fatty acids in hindgut,which influences energy supply and health state of the body.This review summarized the interaction between intestinal microbiota and fatty acids in the body as well as its mechanism,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the species selection and the ratio of fatty acids in the diet.
