中药复合小肽对肉鸡免疫功能的影响

摘    要:旨在探索中药复合小肽(CMCSP)对于肉鸡免疫功能的影响。选取1日龄爱拔益佳(AA)肉鸡450只,随机分为6,组C组(饲喂基础日粮)、D组(每1 t饲料添加250 g CMCSP)、Z组(每1 t饲料添加500 g CMCSP)、G组(每1 t饲料添加750 g CMCSP)、S组(每1 t饲料添加100 g微生态制剂)、M组(每1 t饲料添加100 g酶制剂),每组肉鸡分为5笼饲养,每笼15只。于1、7、14、21、28、35、42日龄检测血清中禽流感病毒、新城疫病毒抗体水平。于21、42日龄测定肉鸡的器官指数、血清中免疫球蛋白和细胞因子含量。结果显示,D组法氏囊指数、7、28日龄禽流感病毒抗体滴度、7、28、35日龄新城疫病毒抗体滴度、21日龄IgA、IFN-γ、IL-2含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);每1 t饲料添加500 g CMCSP能显著提高雏鸡法氏囊指数、28日龄禽流感病毒抗体滴度、42日龄新城疫病毒抗体滴度、21日龄IgA、IgM、IFN-γ、IL-2和42日龄IL-2含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);每1 t饲料添加750 g CMCSP能显著提高雏鸡法氏囊指数、7、21、28日龄禽流感病毒抗体滴度、14、21、28日龄新城疫病毒抗体滴度、21日龄IgA、IFN-γ和IL-2含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。研究结果表明中药复合小肽能够增强肉鸡的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,其中高剂量中药复合小肽上调肉鸡免疫器官指数和抗体水平的效果最好,中剂量中药复合小肽对免疫球蛋白的上调作用最佳,复合小肽低、中剂量组对于IL-2和IFN-γ的提升效果好。

Effect of Chinese Medicine Compound Small Peptide on Immune Function of Broilers

Abstract:This study evaluated the effect of Chinese Medicine Compound Small Peptide(CMCSP)on immune function of broilers.A total of 450 one-day-old broilers(Arbor Acres,AA)were randomly divided into 6 groups:group C(based diet),group D(250 g/t CMCSP feed additive),group Z(500 g/t CMCSP feed additive),group G(750 g/t CMCSP feed additive),group S(100 g/t probiotics feed additive),group M(100 g/t enzymes feed additive),each group of broilers was divided into 5 cages,15 per cage.The antibody titers of Newcastle disease virus and avian influenza virus in serum were measured at 1,7,14,21,28,35 and 42 days old.The immune organ indexes,the contents of immunoglobulin and cytokines in serum were measured at 21 d and 42 d.The results showed that:Adding 250 g/t CMCSP of feed significantly increased the Fabricius bursa index,antibody titers of avian influenza virus at 7 d and 28 d,antibody titers of virus at 7 d,28 d and 35 d,IgA at 21 d,IFN-γat 21 d,and IL-2 at 21 d(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Adding 500 g/t CMCSP of feed significantly increased Fabricius bursa index,antibody titer of avian influenza virus at 28 d,antibody titer of Newcastle disease virus at 42 d,IgA content at 21,IgM content at 21 d,IFN-γcontent at 21 d,IL-2 content at 21 d and 42 d(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Adding 750 g/t CMCSP of feed significantly increased the Fabricius brusa index antibody titers of avian influenza virus at 7 d,21 d and 28 d,antibody titers of Newcastle disease virus at 14 d,21 d and 28 d,IgA content at 21 d,IFN-γcontent at 21 d,and IL-2 content at 21 d(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The results indicated that CMCSP could effectively humoral and cellular immunity functions of broilers.The G group had the best effect on the increase of immune organ indexes and antibody protection ability,the Z group showed the best effect on the enhancement of contents of immunoglobulins,the D,Z groups had the best effect on the promotions of IL-2 and IFN-γ.
