摘 要: | [目的]探讨过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶、碱性磷酸酶、脱氢酶活性的变化以及这些酶活性与土壤微生物总量及土壤养分的相关性。[方法]测定毛乌素沙地南缘生态过渡带流动半流动沙丘、固定半固定沙地、盐化丘间低地和缓坡丘陵梁地4种不同生境0~5 cm和5~20 cm土层各种酶的活性,并与土壤养分和微生物总量进行相关分析。[结果]结果表明,毛乌素沙地南缘生态过渡带不同生境各种土壤酶活性总体变化趋势为缓坡丘陵梁地>盐化丘间低地>固定半固定沙地>流动半流动沙丘。[结论]土壤生物学指标能较好地反映土壤肥力状况。

Characteristics of Soil Biology in Southern Ecotone of Mu Us Sandy Land |

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to study the changes of activities of catalase,dehydroesase,invertase,urease,alkaline phosphatase and their relativity to total microbe numbers in soil and soil nutrient.[Method] The activities of five species of enzymes were determined of 0-5 cm and 5-20 cm depth soil under 4 different habitats(including shifting and semi-shifting dune,fixed and semi-fixed dune,saline bottomland,gentle slope hilly ridge) in the ecotone in south edge of Mu Us sandy land.And the relativity to total microbe numbers in soil and soil nutrient was analyzed too.[Result] The results showed that the enzyme activities were all gentle slope hilly ridge>saline bottomland>fixed and semi-fixed dune>shifting and semi-shifting dune in the ecotone in south edge of Mu Us sandy land.[Conclusion] The indices of soil biology could reflect the situation of soil nurient very well. |
