摘    要:依据农业部转基因优质纤维棉花新品种培育(转基因生物新品种培育重大专项)指标,以高产、优质、抗病为主攻方向,通过亲本的广泛筛选,以高产、优质、结铃性强的599系为母本,以抗病、优质的1086系为父本,采用杂交育种方法连续选择,低代检测纤维品质、鉴定抗病性,高代鉴定产量、适应性等性状,选育出转基因棉花新品种冀863。该品种具有高产、抗病、优质、吐絮畅易采摘等优良性状,纤维品质符合河北省棉花品种审定标准Ⅱ型和国家优质棉AA档次。2010年通过河北省品种委员会审定,审定编号为冀审棉2010008号。

Abstract:Based on the mainly indices of transgenic cotton new variety breeding with good fiber quality by Agriculture Ministry of the People's Republic of China,regarding high yield good quality,and disease resistance as the mainly studying way,the new variety Ji863 was obtained by crossing line599 with high yield,good quality and many bolls as the female,and line1086 with disease resistance and good quality as the male.It cultivar possessed the characteristics of high yield,disease resistance,good quality,boll opening freely and easy to be haruested.The fiber quality met the secondary standard of Hebei Province.It was approved by Hebei Crop Variety Assessment Committee in 2010.The authorized NO.was 2010008.
