| 摘 要： | 在河北省高校选取200名大学生,进行了大学生选择＂村官＂这一职业的直接原因、大学生对于能否胜任村官一职的自身认识和大学生对于担当村官的个人信心等方面的问卷调查,并对增强大学生＂村官＂胜任度进行了探讨。结果表明：大学生选择＂村官＂这一职业,吸引他们的重要是＂国家的优厚待遇＂,而对于自己能否胜任＂村官＂这一职业大多存在信心不足的情况。对于目前逐渐变热的＂大学生村官＂职业,广大有意愿的大学生仍需进行充分的理性思考,只有直面大学生选择＂村官＂的问题和困难,才能更好、更快地胜任村官这一职业。

| Abstract: | As an occupation,the village cadres become more and more popular for college graduates.The occupation choice to village cadres by college graduates in Hebei is investigated by questionnaire.The results show that the munificent treatment of village cadres is the core attracting college graduates.Most of the college graduates don＇t have enough confidence in fitting the job.The college graduates need rational thinking for village cadres.Only they could face the problems and difficulties,they would competent this occupation better and faster. |
