摘    要:
虫害常常给甘蔗生产造成重大损失。GNA对蚜虫、飞虱、叶蝉等刺吸式害虫和某些咀嚼式害虫如蛴螬等具有极高的毒性。本研究对引进的GNA基因进行鉴定,并利用基因枪将其转化甘蔗愈伤组织,经筛选、分化,获得了一批抗性再生植株,抽样检测,获得了4株PCR阳性植株,为培育优良抗虫甘蔗新品种创造了条件。

Abstract:
Insect pests always cause significant yield losses to sugarcane.It has been proved that snowdrop lectin (Galanthus nivalis agglutinim, GNA) is toxic to aphids,white flies,leafhoppers etc which belong to sap sucking pests and some chewing pests such as grubs. The GNA gene was identified and transformed into calli of sugarcane via particle bombardment in this experiment. Hundreds of Hygromycin-resistant sugarcane seedlings were obtained and four seedlings were PCR-positive in a sample which shows a delighted prospect to select a pest-resistant variety.
