枇杷种质资源果实可食率变异研究

摘    要:对国家果树种质福州枇杷圃内168份枇杷种质的果实可食率进行了鉴定评价,结果显示,枇杷种质资源果实可食率变异系数为11.38%,呈偏态分布,可食率大于75.0%的种质有16份。不同来源地之间的枇杷种质资源果实可食率存在较大的差异,野生枇杷种质的果实可食率较栽培种质低,呈极显著差异,红肉与白肉枇杷种质之间果实可食率差异不显著。

Abstract:The fruit edible rate of 168 accessions of loquat germplasm resources in Loquat Resource Nursery of Fuzhou National Fruit Gene-pool were studied.The results indicated that edible rate of different germplasm types had small variation.The Coefficient of variation of 16 loquat germplasm accession was 11.38% with skewness distribution and edible rate greater than 75%.There was an obvious difference in the edible rate from different sources.There was extremely significant difference in the edible rate between lo...
