摘    要:以温州生态园信息管理系统的开发为例,从系统建设目标、系统结构设计、数据库设计、功能设计等方面,构建基于GIS生态园管理系统。系统通过空间数据引擎ArcSDE,以SQL Server 2000作为统一数据库管理工具,在Visual C 6.0环境下开发客户端应用平台,利用组件GIS技术,采用嵌入式集成方式,结合生态园景点资源评价、线路分析等应用模型实现基本地理信息功能与专业应用模型的有机集成,为用户提供信息支持、管理支持和决策支持。

Abstract:This paper takes the development of Wenzhou Ecological Park's management system(namely as EcoGIS) as a case and introduces the design and implementation of EcoGIS based on GIS from its aim,system frame and the designs of database and function.The SQL Server 2000 was made as the uniform database management system in this application system by using spatial database engine-ArcSDE,and developed the client's application program by embed the GIS ActiveX control-MapObjects2.2,with ComGIS technology under the environment of Visual C 6.0.Some special application models,such as sight resource evaluation model,travel line planning model and so on,and GIS were integrated well.It can provide basic information support,management support,and advanced decision making support for user.
