空气悬架大客车平顺性仿真与试验研究

摘    要:以动力学理论为基础,以大客车1/2车辆模型为仿真对象,应用仿真软件Matlab建立空气悬架系统模型。对该模型进行计算机仿真分析,并将仿真结果与试验结果进行比较。结果显示,所建立的动力学模型是正确的,说明可以通过仿真模型对整车平顺性进行分析与评价,实现了在汽车的设计阶段对其平顺性进行预测及分析的目的,提出了改进汽车行驶平顺性的方法和途径。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic theory and taking 1/2 bus model as the simulation object,the authors use the Matlab software to set up the air suspension system model.Simulation and analysis of it are carried out with the model,and comparison between simulation result and test result is done.It is shown that the dynamic model of the bus is right and the bus ride comfort can be analyzed and evaluated by the simulation model,with the technology,predication and analysis of vehicle ride performance during design phase are realized.And the method and the way of improving vehicles smooth running are proposed.
