| 摘 要： | 本试验旨在探讨钙离子内流阻滞剂维拉帕米（verapamile）对腹水综合征肉鸡右心功能的影响。结果显示，维拉帕米使低温诱发的肉鸡腹水症发生率以及肉鸡腹水心脏指数降低。与低温对照组相比，维拉帕米组28日龄鸡右心室收缩压显著降低（P〈0．05），36、44日龄鸡右心室收缩压有所降低（P〉0．05），而28和36日龄鸡右心室舒张压显著降低（P〈0．01）。 |

| Abstract: | The present experiment was eonducted to evaluate the effect of verapamile on the right ventricle function in ascitic broilers ,The results showed that both the ascitic incidence and heart index decreased and that the right ventricular diastolic pressure decreased significantly in verapamile-treated group of 28-36 dayold chicken as compared with the low temperature control group. |
