地窖式扦插育苗的研究

摘    要:对红蔷薇、红王子锦带、万峰桧柏3个扦插生根由易到难的品种,分别进行了全光自动喷雾扦插和地窖式扦插试验,采用双因素随机区组设计。通过方差分析,得出地窖式扦插植物成活率与全光自动喷雾扦插成活率差异极显著,地窖式扦插法明显优于全光自动喷雾扦插法,且生根时间较全光自动喷雾扦插也大大缩短。同时对地窖式扦插提高绿枝扦插成活率的机理进行了分析和探讨。

Abstract:Using two-factor randomized block design,the experiment of cutting with full exposure automatic mist spraying and in cellar on Rosa rugosa Thunb,Weigela Thunb and Sabina chinenses.The results by variance analysis showed that survival rate of cutting in cellar was obviously higher than that with full exposure automatic mist spraying.And its root striking time was shorter than the latter.Survival mechanism of seedlings by cutting in cellar was analysed and discussed.
