| Abstract: | In this paper, in vitro fertilization and matrue culture of bovine oocytes were reviewed , including sperm capacitation in vitro, in vitro maturation, fertilization and culture of oocytes and so on. Furthermore, the major reasons of affecting the techniques were analzed. |
