莪术油复方口服液对禽流感病毒H5N1亚型的抑制作用和攻毒保护试验

利用从中药莪术中提炼的莪术油制成的莪术油复方口服液,与鸡源禽流感病毒(AIV)H5N1在10日龄非免疫鸡胚中相互作用,观察莪术油复方口服液对禽流感病毒H5N1的抑制效果;用莪术油复方口服液对14日龄非免疫试验鸡连续口服喂药1周,采用禽流感病毒H5N1攻击鸡群,观察药物对鸡的保护效果。结果表明,在体外抑制试验中,0.25%、0.5%和1%的莪术油复方口服液对鸡胚为无毒浓度,对鸡胚的保护作用分别为60%、80%和80%;0.75%、1.5%和3%的莪术油复方口服液对试验鸡的保护作用分别为80%、100%和100%。病理组织检查结果表明鸡的肺脏无病变,并且增强了脾脏的免疫功能。初步结果显示,莪术油复方口服液对禽流感病毒具有显著的抑制作用。

Effects of chinese herbal formula-Zedoary oil oral liquid on the inhibition and protection of avian influenza virus(H5N1)

This study was aimed to investigate the inhibiting effects of Chinese Herbal formula-Zedoary oil oral liquid on avian influenza virus(H5N1).Zedoary oil formula oral liquid were mixed with H5N1 before inoculating into chicken embryo on day 10.The interaction of them was studied.In the meantime,the protecting effects of Zedoary oil formula oral liquid on specific pathogenfree(SPF) chickens were accessed by oral drop for a week first and then attacking the chickens by H5N1.The result shows that in intro inhibiting test 0.25%,0.5% and 1% Zedoary oil formula oral liquid have no toxicity in chicken embryo.And their protecting effects are 60%,80%and 80% respectively.The protecting effects of 0.75%,1.5% and 3% Zedoary oil formula oral liquid were 80%,100% and 100% respectively.Histopathology result indicates that the lungs of chickens haven't been injured,as well as their immune function of spleens was strengthened.We concluded that Zedoary oil formula oral liquid has significant inhibiting effect on avian influenza virus.Effective anti-AIV drugs are hoped to be developed by further research on zedoary oil.
