毛竹笋体生长和退败过程中呼吸作用及末端氧化酶活性研究

摘    要:本文对毛竹笋体生长和退败过程中呼吸作用及呼吸末端氧化酶进行了研究。结果表明,正常生长笋体呼吸强度的变化趋势与相对生长率的变化趋势相一致;退败笋体随退败程度的加深,呼吸强度下降。正常笋体的细胞色素氧化酶和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性的变化趋势与呼吸强度变化趋势一致,多酚氧化酶活性无明显变化,在退败笋体中,细胞色素氧化酶和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性随呼吸强度下降而下降,多酚氧化酶活性随呼吸强度下降而上升,这表明与多酚氧化酶有关的呼吸途径与笋体的正常生长关系不大,在退败笋体中则主要依靠与多酚氧化酶有关的呼吸途径,但生长受阻。此外,本文对毛竹笋体退败的生理原因进行了探讨


STUDY OF RESPIRATION AND TERMINAL OXIDASE IN THE GROWING AND DEGRADED BAMBOO SHOOTS OF PHYLLOSTACHY PUBESCENS
Abstract:This paper reports the study of respiration and terminal oxidase in the growing and degraded bamboo shoots of Phyllostachy pubescens , Result indicated that the change in the respiration rate of growing shoots consisted with the change in their growth rate, and respiration rate of degraded bamboo shoots declined significantly with the increase of degrading degree. The change in the activities of cytochrome oxidase and ascorbate oxidase of growing shoots consisted with the change in their respiration rate.The change in the activiyy of polyphenol oxidase was little. The activities of cytochrome and ascorbate oxidase of degraded shoots declined and the activity of polyphenol oxidase increased with the decrease of respiration rate. This result indicates that the growth of bamboo shoots is affected little by the respiratory pathway associated with polyphenol oxidase, whereas the pathway is dominative in degraded shoots but it retards growth. The physiological mechanism of the degrading of bamboo shoot was also approached in this paper.
