不同专用叶面肥对水稻和柑橘品质影响的初步研究

为探讨诺普丰专用叶面肥对水稻和柑橘品质的影响,分别在湖北水稻和柑橘主产区荆门和宜昌进行了大田试验,测定了水稻和柑橘叶片养分浓度、产物品质。结果表明,喷施叶面肥对水稻、柑橘品质的改善有明显的效果。喷施水稻专用叶面肥(浓度10 g/L和20 g/L)与对照相比,叶片N、P、K、Ca、Mg、S养分含量有一定提高,水稻的穗粒数、结实率提高,稻谷糙米率、精米率、粗蛋白质含量有所增加,而垩白米率、总淀粉含量有一定程度的降低。喷施10 g/L浓度水稻专用叶面肥对水稻品质改善效果较喷施20 g/L浓度的要明显。喷施30 g/L浓度柑橘专用叶面肥与对照相比,柑橘叶片N、P、K含量有一定提高,柑橘单果重、可食率、纵横径均有提高,可溶性糖、粗蛋白、维生素C含量有所增加,而可滴定酸含量则降低。喷施30 g/L浓度柑橘叶面肥2次效果好于喷施1次。

Primary Study on Effect of Different Special Foliar Fertilizer Application on the Quality of Rice and Citrus

In order to investigate the yield and quality of rice and citrus by using different special foliar fertilizer of Nuo pufeng, the field plot experiments were carried out at Jingmen and Yichang of Hubei province. The effects of foliar nutrient density, the yield and quality of rice and citrus were examined. The results showed that the quality of rice and citrus were obviously improved by using foliar fertilizer. The content of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S in leaf of rice ,as well as gains spike-1, ripening rate and brown rice percentage , milled rice rate, protein content were increased relative to CK by spraying foliar fertilizer (1% and 2% concentration), meanwhile the chalky rice rate and total starch were decreased on the contrary. It was better to improve the quality of rice for using the specific foliar fertilizer of 1% concentration than 2% concentration. Compared with the control, application of foliar fertilizer of 3% concentration could increase the content of N, P, K in leaf of citrus and universally improve the quality of citrus, fruit weight, eatable rate, length and breadth of fruits, soluble sugar, protein and Vitamin C contents in citrus fruits. Furthermore, titratable acidity decreased. The effects of improving the quality of citrus to using the specific foliar fertilizer of 3% concentration twice were better than once.
