河北省鸭梨品质的评价和相关性分析

摘    要:以河北省鸭梨为研究对象,运用多因素相关分析法,分析了各品质指标之间的相关性。结果表明:总糖、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸是主要的评价因子,不同产地的鸭梨品质存在着明显的差异;可溶性固形物、总糖、可滴定酸、Vc之间互呈极显著的正相关;总糖、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸及Vc都与淀粉呈极显著的负相关;单果重和硬度之间呈显著正相关,可滴定酸和硬度之间呈显著负相关;其它品质指标间无显著的相关关系。

Abstract:Taking 'Yali' pear of Hebei os research object,the correlation of each quality index were analysed,by bivariate correlation analysis.The results showed that CS and soluble solids,titratable acid were the main evaluation factors,and there was abvious variation of 'Yali' pear quality in different producing area.There was extremely significant positive correlation between soluble solids and CS,titratable acid,Vc each other,while starch had extremely significant negative correlation with CS and soluble solids,t...
