链霉菌JXJ-45抗蚜虫活性成分的初步研究

摘    要:从庐山土壤样品中分离到1株链霉菌JXJ-45,对其进行的盆栽试验结果表明,其次级代谢产物对蔬菜蚜虫的预防效果为99.3%,治疗效果为91.2%。活性成分在乙酸乙酯萃取相部分不稳定,但是变化后形成的一系列新物质活性基本不变。

Abstract:The secondary metabolites were isolated from Streptomycetes JXJ-45 at Lushan mountain soil and pot experiments showed their prevention and cure effect of 99.3% and 91.2% respectively against aphids of vegetables.The active components of the secondary metabolites were in the ethyl acetate crude extracts and were unstable.The derived substances from the active components had almost the same activities.
