玉米产量及其构成因素的通径分析

摘    要:利用骨干系法组配78个杂交组合,对玉米的5个产量构成因素与籽粒产量进行遗传相关的通径分析,结果表明,穗长等5个产量构成因素与籽粒产量的遗传相关系数均为正值,且均达到极显著标准;通径分析结果表明,5个产量构成因素与籽粒产量的直接通径系数均为正值,其中穗长对产量的总体效应值最大(0.733),其次是穗粗(0.698)。选育高产玉米杂交种时,应高度重视选择果穗长而粗、行粒数多的类型,同时,保证一定的千粒重,对穗行数的选择可适当放宽。

Abstract:Genetic correlation and path analysis of maize yield and its five components were made in seventy eight hybrids.The results indicated that all of the five yield components of maize (ear length,ear diameter,rows per ear,kernels per row,and 1 000 grain weight)showed positive value and all have significant difference at P =0.01.The results of path analysis indicated that the directly path coefficients of five yield components of maize were all positive.Among these,total path coefficient of ear length with grain yield was the largest(0.73).The total path coefficient of kernels per row with grain yield was the second( 0.70 ). When selecting high grain yield hybrids of maize,must pay more attention to selecting phenotypes of long ear,large diameter ear and more kernels per row.Meanwhile,must to assuer to select phenotypes of high TGW.And tye selecting standard of rows per ear was not so high.
