湖南烤烟外观和评吸质量区域特征及其相关关系

摘    要:对湖南省9个烤烟主产市、州C3F等级烟叶样品的外观质量与评吸质量及其相关关系进行分析.结果表明:除发育状况与身份外,各市、州烟叶外观质量分数差异均达极显著水平,张家界和湘西的烟叶外观质量表现相对较好,怀化相对较差;不同市、州烟叶香气质、劲头、刺激性、余味、评吸总分差异均达显著或极显著水平,张家界和湘西烤烟的评吸质量相对较好,邵阳和衡阳烤烟的评吸质量较差;烤烟评吸质量与外观质量关系密切,但光滑或微青与评吸分数无显著相关性,香气质、燃烧性、灰色与外观质量无显著相关性.

Abstract:The appearance quality,smoking quality and the correlation of C3F grade tobacco from 9 prefectures of Hunan were studied in 2010.The results indicated that fractions except development status and identity of tobacco in different prefectures were very significant,the tobacco appearance quality in Xiangxi and Zhangjiajie prefecture were higher,while that of the tobacco in Huaihua were lower.The aroma quality,strength,irritancy,aftertaste,total score's fraction of different prefectures were very significant,smoking quality fraction in Xiangxi and Zhangjiajie were higher,and that of Shaoyang and Hengyang were lower.The appearance quality and smoking quality had close relationship,but the relationship between slickness or light green and smoking quality was not significant,nor the correlation of aroma quality,combustion,ash and appearance quality were significant.
